New Year's Ever 2025/26
December 28th - January 7th

2oth Anniversary year Kick-off

When we began this journey to empower African-American women through international travel, most of our crew were flying solo. We were catching flights while being open to catching feelings somewhere in the world. For some, walks down airplane aisles to foreign lands lead to wedding aisles. Yep!  We have had some marriages from our tours. Hey, Latrese!   For others, with their heart's airplane mode momentary turned off, they were ready to receive the signal of love back home. Hey, Terri!

Our core travelers are growing and changing, and so are we. While our main objective will always be to uplift Black women through international travel and sisterhood, we are creating a familiar travel space for those who would also like to share our journeys with their mates while connecting wit other couples and single friends.

Kenya is more than a destination—it’s an awakening. Start your new year in a land where ancient traditions and modern vibrancy come together to tell the story of a continent rich in heritage, resilience, and pride. Here, the rhythm of life is as diverse as the 40+ ethnic groups that call this East African jewel home. Each community weaves its own unique thread into the cultural tapestry of Kenya, offering visitors a chance to immerse themselves in a living legacy of African identity.

Imagine a place where the sun kisses endless stretches of powder-white sand, and the gentle waves of the Indian Ocean shimmer like liquid turquoise. Zanzibar, of the coast of mainland Tanzania is known as the "Spice Island," is a tropical paradise that invites you to relax and immerse yourself in its serene beauty.

New Year Eve 2025/26

Kenya and Tanzania FOR ALL
Single Women . Men . Couples

You are invited to get away for the breath of fresh air that comes with going to places with black faces.
East Africa is more than wildlife and the image of poverty as shown by western media. Most tourists travel to East Africa for the animals. We invite you to learn about the people and culture.

December 28th 2025 to January 7th 2026, you are invited to join us in Kenya and Tanzania.

Kenya is more than a place—it’s an awakening. Here, ancient traditions stand shoulder to shoulder with a modern vibrancy that pulses through every corner of life. Across more than 40 ethnic communities, each with its own language, music, and customs, a deep and living legacy unfolds. This is a land where resilience is woven into the culture, where pride is not just spoken but felt in the rhythm of everyday life.

Zanzibar, the semi-autonomous archipelago off the mainland coast of Tanzania, with its white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and breathtaking sunsets. The legendary "Spice Island," calls with its warm breezes and the scent of cloves drifting through the air. More than a tropical paradise, it is a crossroads of history—where Swahili culture was shaped by centuries of trade, where dhows still glide along the horizon, and where the simple act of wandering its labyrinthine streets feels like stepping through time.

This morning sleep-in.  Mid-day, step into your safari gear and prepare for an unforgettable journey into Nairobi National Park. This is no ordinary wildlife reserve—nowhere else in the world does a national park sit so close to a bustling metropolis. Against a skyline of glass towers, African lions prowl and  black rhinos move with  elegance through the golden savannah. With your camera in hand, capture the raw beauty of leopards in the tall grass, the silent stare of buffalo, and the stealth of cheetahs blending into the landscape.

GiraffeKiss.jpg

After the drive, trade binoculars for a hands-on encounter with Kenya’s tallest residents at the Giraffe Center.  You cannot interact with the wild animals during the game drive, but have no fear; a the Giraffe Center you can feed the famous Rothschild giraffe. Technically the center is part of Giraffe Manor. These are the same long-lashed beauties from the Manor, but there’s no need for an exclusive stay to meet them—because let’s be honest, their loyalty lies with whoever has the treats! With a handful of pellets, you’ll feel the soft nuzzle of a giraffe’s muzzle against your palm, their impossibly long tongues reaching out with surprising precision. Feeling adventurous? Hold a carrot between your lips and experience the legendary giraffe kiss—a moment equal parts hilarious and heartwarming.  This experience is more than just a photo op—it’s a rare chance to connect with one of Africa’s most iconic species in a way that lingers long after the last nibble.

Day 4: January 2nd - Rife Valley and Massai Villiage

Rift.PNG

Early morning, you will start with visit the the great Rift valley. A giant rift is slowly tearing Africa, apart and creating a new ocean. The Great Rift Valley, where Africa is dividing in two. This depression — known as the East African Rift —  is a network of valleys that stretches about 2,175 mile long, from the Red Sea to Mozambique.

After a stop to take in the  beauty, massiveness, and power of nature at work, you will head to a Massai village.

Massai Village.PNG

From the Rift, step into the world of the Maasai, one of East Africa’s most celebrated communities. Renowned for their resilience, striking red shukas, and deep connection to the land, the Maasai hold traditions that have stood the test of time. Warriors gather in a circle, their voices deep and rhythmic, as they leap high into the air in the adumu, the famous jumping dance—a display of strength, pride, and passage into manhood. During the visit, following Massa tradition, our group and members of the tribe will be divided into two groups for intimate conversations about the importance of family ties, communal support, and inter generational connections.
