The tour that started it all!
No one does Italy like BlackGirlTravel.com (BGT) and we mean no one! Anyone can plan a trip to Italy by only someone with real passion about the country can plan unique itineraries full of exciting moments, many that cannot even be shared on this page because they are BGT's Founder Fleace Weaver's magical touches that make BlackGirlTravel.com so different that others that try to imitate but never quite duplicated.
Fleacé, also known as Ms. Italy among the African-American travel community, loves all things Italian and creates tours off from a local's perspective off the normal tourist tour path that includes meeting and hanging out with local friends and visiting her favorite places not found in tour books or others itineraries. This tour is so HOT, we had to add an extra day to the itinerary to fit it all in.

As is the case with many of Italy’s great cities, Milan plays host to some stunning architecture and magnificent works of art. Perhaps as importantly, you could argue that Milan is the financial and fashion capital of Italy. It’s home to the country’s stock exchange and is the place where many of the country’s wealthiest people congregate. It also has been a hub for fashion and design for centuries. Some cities have beautiful people and other cities have people with money, Milan has BOTH!
Whether you come for the culture, to window shop, or shop until you drop, you will live your best life rubbing elbows with the Milanese who's who in unique shops and hidden courtyards. Don't worry, if your style is more on the bargain side, get upcoming trends and ideas from designer shops and head to outlet centers. Fleace will also direct you to stylish yet more affordable boutiques that will still have you on-trend.
